AWARE is a 90-day journey of leadership formation designed to help leaders return to the inner ground from which sustainable leadership becomes possible. Moving through identity, clarity, capacity, calibration, stewardship, and sovereignty, the journey invites leaders to examine not only how they lead, but who they are becoming as they lead.

Six Movements of Leadership Formation
AWARE unfolds through six movements, each building upon the one before it. Together they create a progression from remembering identity to integrating leadership as an expression of grounded sovereignty.
MOVEMENT 01 · AFFIRM
Identity
Remember the ground of who you are before role, responsibility, expectation, and performance.
MOVEMENT 02 · WITNESS
Clarity
Develop the capacity to see yourself, your leadership, and the conditions around you with greater discernment.
MOVEMENT 03 · APPRECIATE
Capacity
Recognize and steward the internal and external resources that allow leadership to remain sustainable.
MOVEMENT 04 · RELEASE
Calibration
Examine what must be loosened, recalibrated, or released so that leadership remains aligned rather than merely endured.
MOVEMENT 05 · EXPRESS
Stewardship
Bring identity, wisdom, responsibility, and contribution into visible and intentional expression.
MOVEMENT 06 · INTEGRATE
Sovereignty
Bring the journey together so that leadership emerges from an increasingly integrated relationship between identity, values, judgment, and action.
